How the work moves forward

From first fix to a business ready to grow.

Start with one website, a profile cleanup, or a tool you want connected, and add automation and more locations when you are ready. You know what is needed, what each step includes, and what you’re paying for before work begins.

01

Step 01

Choose where to start

Tell me whether one restaurant or several need help and what is not working. I review the website, guest links, and Google profile details in the agreed scope.

02

Step 02

Agree the work and price

The written scope lists the service, pages or profiles, locations, owner-supplied details, price, timeline, review rounds, ownership, and exclusions. It can start with one restaurant or cover a planned group rollout.

03

Step 03

Build, update, and review

I use the details you approve to build the agreed site pages, organize straightforward profile corrections, and check each included menu, call, order, or reservation link. You review customer-facing changes before they go live.

04

Step 04

Check and hand over

I check the agreed pages and customer paths on a phone, then show you what changed. You keep the website and profile ownership, complete any Google verification, and can choose a defined monthly website-care plan.

Before work starts

One approved detail list for each location.

You do not need to create a new system. A spreadsheet or document with the current information is enough to get started. If a detail is unclear, we flag it for your approval instead of guessing.

Business details

What guests need to know.

Public location name, address, phone number, regular hours, and any seasonal or holiday-hour changes.

Customer paths

Where each link should go.

Current menus, photos, website pages, ordering, reservations, and directions for the locations included in the scope.

Your responsibilities

You stay in control.

Ownership

Your site and accounts remain yours.

You own the website, domain, content, and profiles.

Approval

You approve customer-facing changes.

Profile edits and public replies are reviewed with you.

Access

Access stays delegated.

Provide agreed materials and delegated access when needed; don’t transfer account ownership.

Before we begin

Scope and timing are agreed first.

The proposal records deliverables, payment stages, your inputs, approval points, revision rounds, and handover.
