Website rescue and rebuild

Is your website offline, hard to use on a phone, out of date, or sending guests to the wrong menu or booking link? We review the current setup, explain the practical options, and quote a defined repair or rebuild.

A good fit when

Made for the work in front of you.

An owner who already has a website but is unsure whether to fix it, recover access, or replace it with a clearer site.

GrowthReplaces a site that turns guests away with one they can actually use on a phone.

What is included

  • Review of the current site and the issues you identify
  • Check of available domain, hosting, and website-platform access
  • Review of key guest links such as menus, ordering, booking, and contact
  • Written recommendation to repair or rebuild
  • If rebuilding, a page-based proposal and handover plan where feasible

Planning range

Scope first. A clear quote next.

There is no separate rescue fee in the approved price ladder. A rebuild is quoted against the website plans: Basic, up to 5 pages, $1,200–$2,000; Good, 8–12 pages, $3,000–$4,800; or Top-end multi-location, 12–20 pages, $6,000–$10,000. USD planning ranges; a written scope confirms the price. UK work is quoted in GBP.

How it works

A clear path from request to handover.

  1. 01

Share the website address and what is not working.

  2. 02

Confirm access, ownership, backups, and the parts that need attention.

  3. 03

Choose a bounded repair or a rebuild scope and agree the quote.

  4. 04

Complete the agreed work, check guest paths, and hand over access.

What stays in scope

Clear boundaries protect the work.

A repair is recommended only when the existing site can be recovered safely and the work can be bounded. Domain recovery, hacked-site incident response, custom software, extensive copywriting, photography, or unsupported migrations may need a specialist or separate quote. Recovery is not promised before access and backups are checked.

Questions

Before you get started.

Can you fix my existing site without rebuilding it?

Sometimes. The first step is to check the platform, access, backups, and requested changes. If a safe repair is practical, it can be scoped separately from a rebuild.

What access do you need?

The project may need access to the domain registrar, hosting account, and website platform. You keep ownership and can provide access without transferring the accounts.

Can I keep my current domain?

Usually the domain can remain yours. Any DNS or hosting changes are agreed in writing and checked before launch.

What if my site was hacked or I lost account access?

Security incident response and account recovery are not assumed in a rebuild. We will identify what is needed and refer or quote only if it is within a safe, supported scope.
